We really liked Hotel Pensione from the minute we arrived. We were greeted by Sonam (from Bhutan) who was very friendly and extremely helpful. We had a nice surprise upon arrival when Sonam told us we had a free room upgrade. We were given room 704 right up on the top floor. We were amazed at how quiet the room was. We heard very little traffic noise and wouldn't have known any other guests were there. The room was compact but we expected that. The beds were super comfy and both of us enjoyed the large bath towels and endless supply of very hot water. The hotel is in a very handy location and we were able to easily walk to the malls, restaurants and the railway stations. Next time we are in Perth we will be sure to stay here.
Great value for convenient location. We stayed overnight since we had a function nearby. Rooms were clean and neat, comfortable beds. Staff very helpful and nice.
Staff were all nice, friendly and accomodating. I was pretty stoked about my room upgrade.
I’ve stayed there a few times and have been put in the exact same room each time, which I expected this time but was surprised with a room upgrade on another level so was a nice change.
Room nice ,clean and spacious with location easy walking distance to main CBD and train station/ transport.
Maybe the hotel needs to create an app where you can jump on and request fresh towels or click on to say no room service that day :)
Good clean room. Was small but as expected being in a main CBD. I was on a very low level (1) but heard little to no noise at night.
Reception service was good, staff looked newish but did the job well. Close to shops, food & convenience store. Was pleasantly surprised as this was cheaper then most hotels in the main streets of Perth. As a hotel manager myself, I do recommend.
Pathetic! Definitely not worth $250 a night.
Lower level , you can hear people coming out of the lift.

This is legitimately the best deal in Perth. The room is so nice, I actually feel like I should be paying a lot more for this. All I can say is thank you to this place. I feel a little bad too because I was kind of rude at the check in …
Rooms need a bit of work. Shower head sprayed everywhere but down. Fridge didn't work at all. Bed was average. Had a big lump in the middle. Service was very friendly which was nice.
